G.A.P. Glutes, Abdominals and Legs

GAP training system comes from the union of three words that define exactly what it is: glutes, abs and legs.

GAP practice is to perform a set of exercises dedicated to strengthening and toning these three areas of the body that often bear the brunt of our body by a sedentary lifestyle. The accumulation of fat in these areas is often the case, especially in women, and problems arising from their lack of training are sagging of the skin, poor circulation and lack of tone.

To combat these problems arise GAP exercises. A new way to work your body from the waist down with very positive results in people who practice them.

GAP A session usually structured with the same pattern as other fitness activities practiced at gyms. After a warm-up designed to activate and prepare your body for exercise to be undertaken, it proceeds with a localized set of exercises designed to tone glutes, legs and abdominals. The classes are often combined or group and are often used to supplement other cardiovascular activities such as nature or step aerobics.

Initially, this activity can be a little hard because the exercises are very focused and working muscles that do not often exercise too much during our daily lives. Still, after a month by at least two sessions per week, the results can be observed perfectly. With its practice is achieved defining the buttocks, strengthen the legs and in combination with cardiovascular work, reduce waist and wear a flatter stomach.
