East meets West at Abama Spa, where you can experience massages, therapies and treatments brought together from sub-tropical traditions around the globe, guided and performed by our highly qualified multinational therapists. From energising breathing rituals and massages to nourishing mud baths and body wraps, our treatments will awaken the senses and leave your body and spirit feeling reborn. We also offer a comprehensive range of beauty treatments for men and women, including manicures, pedicures and hair removal, as well as cleansing and exfoliating facial treatments. No need to worry about the kids either – while you’re taking care of your health and beauty, we can take care of the children at Baby Abami and Club Abami, our supervised activity clubs for children aged from just six months up to 12 years.

Spa Boutique

At Abama Spa, you’ll never want the indulgence to end – and thanks to our spa boutique, it doesn’t have to. We sell a very special selection of biological and botanic bath, shower, beauty, haircare and aromatherapy products, all carefully chosen to be in tune with your wellbeing and the needs of the environment. We also stock holiday essentials such as swimwear, beach bags and bathrobes, and a range of organic tea blends grown locally and packaged exclusively for Abama.

Spa Café

Before or after your spa treatment or gym work-out, the spa café is the perfect place to recharge and unwind. We serve a variety of organic fruit juices to rehydrate your body and soothe your senses, which you can enjoy either in our relaxing lounge area or outdoors on our sunny terrace. Finally for those who have chosen the Abama Total Wellness programme the Spa Café is one of your dining options.
